1. Acceptance
By using Slipstream OS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service
Slipstream OS is a private executive operating system that helps CEOs and their leadership teams run weekly check-ins, capture priorities and KPIs, and generate weekly briefs. The Service includes a web application and a weekly Friday SMS check-in.

3. Accounts and eligibility
Accounts are created for CEOs and the leadership team members they invite. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. SMS check-in program
• You will only be enrolled in the SMS check-in program after providing verbal consent to your CEO or to a Slipstream OS administrator.
• Message frequency is approximately one outbound message per recipient per week, with short reply threads on Fridays.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@slipstreamos.com.
• We do not share your mobile number or SMS content with third parties for marketing.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting unlawful content, attempting to access other users' data, or interfering with the operation of the Service.

6. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (check-ins, priorities, KPI results, replies). You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and your CEO.

7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Slipstream OS is a coaching and operating tool, not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or business advice.

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slipstream OS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Privacy

Who we are
Slipstream OS ("we", "us") provides a private executive operating system used by CEOs and their leadership teams. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect
• Account information you provide when a CEO creates an account or adds a team member: name, email address, mobile phone number, company name, role title, and time zone.
• Check-in content you submit through the app or by replying to our SMS check-ins: weekly priorities, decisions, KPI results, and other narrative responses.
• SMS message metadata from our messaging provider: message delivery status, timestamps, and message identifiers.

How we use information
• To send weekly Friday check-in SMS messages to leaders and CEOs who have consented to receive them.
• To generate the Monday CEO brief that summarizes the leadership team's check-ins for the CEO of the company.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the service.
• To communicate with you about your account.

SMS messaging
Leaders and CEOs are added to the SMS check-in program only after giving verbal consent to their CEO or to a Slipstream OS administrator. Message frequency is approximately one outbound message per recipient per week, with short reply threads on Fridays. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to immediately end all messages from us, or HELP for support.

We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, or SMS message content with any third party for marketing purposes. Phone numbers and message content are shared only with our SMS delivery provider (currently Telnyx) solely to deliver messages to you.

Who can see your data
• You can see your own check-in responses.
• Your company's CEO can see check-in responses from members of their own leadership team.
• Slipstream OS staff can access data as needed to operate and support the service.

Data retention
We retain account and check-in data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
